Strategy Manager

Are you interested in managing the processes and systems in transforming Restaurant Brands strategic framework globally? Join our Corporate Finance team as we continue our journey of driving continuous improvement and embarking on exciting territory with new initiatives and technology enhancements. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Director, you will provide guidance to the establishment of a centralised strategic platform and drive ongoing “strategy as usual” processes across all RBD divisions and functions. Specific responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborate with leaders in all divisions and functions to understand priorities and support alignment of strategic objectives
- Participate in the design of suitable performance measures and KPI’s
- Manage the strategic execution platform and provide regular support to users
- Design and provide insightful reporting and dashboards to communicate outcomes to senior management
- Execute business projects as required
- Develop relevant competitor analysis to track RBD performance across the market
- Identify, communicate and action improvement opportunities
- Participates in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Skills and Experience required:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/commerce
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-national/multi-divisional corporate
- Proven track record of enterprise project management and execution
- Success in process rollout and improvement
- Experience in a corporate strategy team an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business, particularly with operational stakeholders
- Commercially astute with strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, solution-focused problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly resilient with strong learning agility and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
