An opportunity presents to join Community Research Aotearoa, a national NGO that builds research capability in the Tangata Whenua, Community and Voluntary Sector. They share research and resources with people throughout Aotearoa, largely via web-based technologies.

Currently they are looking for a Research Sector Engagement and Projects Lead to be responsible for engagement and contributing to, and/or leading the development and implementation of projects and programmes that respond to real needs of these sectors. These may include webinars that raise the mana of community research, events that celebrate researchers, and collaborations that support good community research.

**Aspects of this role will include**:

- working on projects and programmes development and planning aligned to the Kaitiaki strategy
- overseeing online services, delivery and content creation
- building and maintaining relationships with members, researchers and other stakeholders
- organising oneself and ensuring project timelines and delivery is met.

**We are looking at selecting a dynamic and passionate Research Sector Engagement and Projects Lead with**:

- a proven ability to develop, implement and lead projects and programmes relevant to those being offered by Community Research Aotearoa
- experience working in a research and evaluation context
- effective stakeholder relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
- the ability to relate and engage positively to deliver tangible outcomes
- some knowledge of Tikanga Māori, Te Tiriti Frameworks, Mātauranga and Kaupapa Māori Methodologies and Te Reo Māori
