**Reporting and Data Analyst**

**The opportunity**

AsureQuality have a new and exciting role for a Reporting and Data Analyst within our Customer Experience Team to ensure that the operational performance of the is measured and understood to deliver the best outcomes for all Stakeholders.

You will take ownership of the quality of customer data stored in our systems, identifying errors, duplicates and inconsistencies ensuring remedial work is undertaken in a timely and robust manner. You will consult with relevant Stakeholders to improve and develop more meaningful insights and reporting tools. This will enable well informed decision making by those engaged in delivering great customer outcomes and business strategy including sales and customer experience. You will champion our Customer Solutions Data quality and integrity objectives, ensuring good data governance and identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.

**Duties will include**:

- Reporting extractions and data analysis
- Investigate and remedy data inaccuracy and quality issues.
- Produce reports and present information.
- Develop/improve reporting tools and data maintenance programme.

**About you**

This role will suit someone with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach. You will have a continuous improvement mind set and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As someone technically savvy you will ideally have experience using MS Dynamics, Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.

You will also have:

- Previous experience in a Data insights or reporting role
- Experience in a Service Delivery, Sales or Customer Service environment
- Experience using MS Office, Power BI or relevant reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
