This organisation needs a Senior Reporting Analyst to fill a critical gap and help solution, optimise, and deliver high-quality reporting. With a mix of reporting analysts on the team, they're looking for someone at a senior level to mentor, guide, and drive quality. PowerBI is at the heart of everything—the team is embedding reporting directly into Salesforce for customer access, meaning security and optimisation are key. If you've worked with row-level security in PowerBI, have strong SQL and data modelling skills, and love shaping data-driven insights, this is the role for you.

They need someone to join at a senior level, working alongside the team lead to ensure quality and consistency in reporting.

Your Role
  • Creating high-quality insights and reports for business decision-making.
  • Developing and optimising PowerBI dashboards, ensuring consistency.
  • Building and implementing row-level security for PowerBI within Salesforce.
  • Mentoring and guiding other reporting analysts.
  • Working with SQL, Power Query, M, DAX, and Databricks (or similar) to model and manipulate data for reporting.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to co-design and refine reporting solutions.

Your Fit
  • Have 5-7 years of hands-on PowerBI experience.
  • Skilled in SQL, Power Query, M, DAX, and data modelling.
  • Have experience optimising data pipelines and ensuring data security.
  • Have worked with PowerBI row-level security, ideally embedded within Salesforce.
  • Love creating business-driven insights and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Are happy to roll up your sleeves, pivot quickly, and problem-solve.
