**About the role**
As the Service Desk Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping the peace between IT and the business whilst it navigates a positive phase of change and outsources some processes to vendors. Handling escalations like a pro, and making sure our SLAs are met (no pressure).

You'll attend Service Desk meetings (aka the Olympics of multi-tasking), serve as a business unit escalation point, ensure adequate comms across team’s and to find opportunities for improvement. All whilst keeping the needle moving on effective delivery of service. You see now why we asked if you thrive on solving complex problems?

**About you**
We're looking for someone who's people-oriented, well-versed (if ITIL, SLA’s and Azure are your language - read on) and can work independently (but knows when to ask for help). You should take initiative, ownership, and have worked in a Service Desk environment for longer than it takes to binge-watch all of Game of Thrones. You understand the importance of customer service and delivery, have proven experience working in an ITIL framework (this is essential) and can recite Service Desk KPIs in your sleep.
