**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for someone looking to **start a career in property **and **facilities management**, and/or for someone who is looking to gain experience in a corporate business environment.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to support a Contract Manager in our **Wellington CBD Corporate Solutions** to deliver property and facilities management services.
**The value you'll add**
- Support client property lease and portfolio management programmes
- Collaborate to produce monthly client reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics and travel for the team
- Support the team to ensure success
**Qualifications**:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in a client-focused role would be a plus
