**About the role**

Some of the things you’ll get up to in this role include:

- Preparing quotes & processing orders
- Proactively following up with customers to get their feedback
- Assisting in the day-to-day performance of the branch, including stock management and other administrative responsibilities
- Building team cohesion and performance
- Interacting with the external Sales team and Warehousing teams to ensure a high level of customer service is obtained.
- Leading the Internal Sales team and delegating tasks where necessary
- Monitor, review and analyse market dynamics to report new and emerging trends, and to develop and implement systems, procedures and projects, to achieve business outcomes and improve performance standards.
- Honor all commitments in relation to call-backs, follow-ups, promises etc.

**Requirements**:
**We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Intermediate level or above Computer Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Fantastic warm and friendly telephone manner
- Experience in customer facing role and values a high level of customer service
- Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
- Proven aptitude in leadership - motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Previous substantial experience in a customer service management or team leadership role
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective team management and strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Demonstrable experience in coaching, training and developing high-performing teams
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

This role is remunerated by an hourly rate and time and half is paid for hours above 40.
