**Description**:
About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing and Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Management team in successfully executing NPD, processing invoices, maintaining the product catalogues and master data, and co-ordinating events.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing activities effectively.
Contribute to social media management and engagement efforts across relevant platforms.
Assisting in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Management of the Sales and Marketing Calendar
Assist in the development of reporting templates
Supporting development and deployment of shopper activations across our brands
Deployment of all trade and consumer facing events, including managing deployment of PR, sampling, NPD go to market kits, and managing our partnership programs
Ensure customer websites have up to date imagery and product descriptions.
Manage GS1 library and product flow.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
Sound understanding of the purchasing and supply planning functions.
Demonstrated capability of working effectively with internal cross functional teams and external parties.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill.
High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
Organised & planned with the ability manage multiple projects at one time.
Deadline driven
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Creative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and be open to new ideas and ways of doing things
Analytical ability to provide insight for sales and marketing teams
Attention to detail, always delivering accurate communication and materials
