We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Assistant**.

Education and immigration agency based in Auckland with over 12 years in the market is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking **Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our team.

**ACTIVITIES AS REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- General marketing and promotional support for the team and Company Director.
- Administration duties: Carry out general administrative support as required.
- Administering social and digital marketing campaigns.
- Competent content writing, understanding the writing styles for a variety of platforms.
- Website maintenance: Administer and manage updates and changes to various websites (working on three languages). Manage our hosting environments.
- Database Management: administer updates and changes to various memberships and associated databases for our clients.
- Create from basic to advanced video and visual content for different platforms.
- Analyse Google Analytics and reporting tools output to assess performance and be able to interpret these into future activities.
- Design of all the promotional material needed for social media, campaigns, digital, and print.

**A STRONG CANDIDATE MUST HAVE**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in **English **and **Spanish** is necessary due to the nature of our clientele.
- A digital marketing oriented degree would be preferential.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience working in Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEM & SEO, and Website Development environments.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Sales and client services experience would be preferential. Basic event coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms advertising.
- Web design, Web support, and hosting environment understanding are necessary. (WordPress)
- Advanced graphic design for social media, photography, and video production (from pre to post)
- Advanced Adobe CS Suite skills.
- Advance Final Cut Pro skills.
- Previous professional experience in community management or social media management.
