About the Role
A unique position has now arisen within our facility as a Qualified Midwife to work with our existing midwifery team of 3 midwives, providing excellent care to the women and babies in our community. This is a rostered position with an on-call component (1st and 2nd on-call) and rostered days off.
About You
You will need to have:
- A NZ current practicing certificate (Midwifery)
- Experience in delivering a midwifery service in a rural setting (preferred)
- A track record of teamwork and positive work ethics.
Vacancy will be open until filled.
- be eligible to work in NZ (NZ residency or valid NZ work permit)
- receive a satisfactory police check
- be satisfactorily COVID-19 vaccinated in line with NBPH Policy
- hold a full and current driver’s licence
