Due to a period of significant growth, we are looking for a driven Field Engineer to join our team, based in the Wellington Region. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure and other related technology projects, including the ongoing support of IT infrastructure and other related technology. Reporting to the National Technical manager, this is a full-time position with high levels of accountability.

Due to a period of significant growth, we are looking for a driven Field Engineer to join our team, based in the Wellington Region.

In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure and other related technology projects, including the ongoing support of IT infrastructure and other related technology. Reporting to the National Technical manager, this is a full-time position with high levels of accountability.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing, diagnosing, and resolving level 1,2 and 3 requirements within SLA timeframes.
- Supporting ICT environments (both virtual and physical), from design through to implementation and support.
- Performing a wide variety of installation, configuration, and upgrading workstations, servers, and related hardware and software.
- Providing investigation, diagnostic testing, and repair/resolution of system hardware, software, and infrastructure.
- Working on new implementation projects if required and being a strong escalation point for the support team.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the company.
- Be a creative, problem-solver who shows initiative and is proactive.
- Experience with Office 365, Azure, Apple, Google, AWS, Cyber Security and Networking.
