Our client is not your average MSP. With many years in the industry they have a suite of very loyal, long term customers. They are growing year on year and have an opening now for an experienced Field Service Desktop Engineer within their Auckland office.

**What you will do**:
Working at both Level 2 and 3, you will be dealing with a wide range of technical support issues, as well as working on desktop, network and hardware deployment and upgrade projects, and have the opportunity to work these right through to project completion. You will build broad technical capability right across the desktop, network, server and security space, and have future opportunities to grow into Engineering roles.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Field Service Engineering space
- The demonstrated motivation to undertake self directed learning
- A strong team ethic - where we’re all in this together
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Full, clean driving license
