Singhs Roadways is seeking someone to join our team as an Office Coordinator in Auckland. The purpose of this position is to coordinate the documentation function to ensure the delivery of world-class accurate and timely documentation delivery. Due the nature of this position you will be confident working under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills. This position guaranteed you minimum 30 hours to maximum 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:

- Coordination of transport processes including invoicing, preparation, compilation and distribution of documentation
- Responsible for business administration, managing paperwork and other records associated with office management.
- Managing documentation related costs as efficiently as possible.
- Assistance with process improvement
- Responsible for meeting health and safety compliance.

Qualifications or experience:

- Must have a qualification in Business and management or equivalent
- Knowledge about administrative related work
- Relevant industry work experience is preferable
- At least 2 contactable New Zealand referees
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
