As a Business Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and professional welcome while supporting the daily flow of the office.

Reporting to a supportive Auckland based Business Support Team Leader, you will work closely with team leaders to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while playing an active part in the daily rhythm of the business. You will support a small team based in our beautiful Wellington CBD office. This part-time position is a 12 month fixed-term contract for 20 hours per week providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

With guidance from the Business Support Team Leader, you’ll take the lead on a variety of tasks.

**The Opportunity**
- Administration support for teams’ management, including travel and accommodation management
- Coordination of team events, meetings and workshops, including supporting logistics and documentation
- Commercial and business development administration support using CRM
- Business support services assisting with the smooth running of the NZ offices, including supplier and subcontractor management and office maintenance

**Is this role right for you?**

Relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering/built environment business
Good understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions
Thorough and methodical approach
Follows processes, procedures and instructions and identifies any gaps or inefficiencies
Responds positively and productively to the evolving needs of the business, facilitating change
Proactively seeks and gives feedback
Foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. Able to identify HSE risks, breaches or specific needs and follow internal processes to rectify.
