At Live Life Disability Support (LLDS) we provide residential and respite support to people who have disabilities to live lives that reflect their personal aspirations and choices. LLDS provides support to people in a variety of residential settings across the Nelson/Tasman and Marlborough regions. We are the largest residential service provider in the top of the South.

We are looking for a senior administrator to support our Group Managers and Group Leaders with recruitment and rostering functions, enabling them to be out in the field as much as possible. Duties will include, but are not limited to: interactions with management and Team Leaders, supporting staff with the use of our recruitment database (Ready Employ), working in partnership with Human Resources and Payroll to ensure rosters meet contractual requirements and payroll deadlines are meet.

Your usual hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00AM to 4.30PM, however, start and finish times can be negotiated.

You will also be required to assist the other administrators by covering periods of leave and sickness. In return you’ll enjoy a variety of work, support from the team, a collegial working environment, and job security.

- understand the importance of following procedures
- Te Whatu Ora staff are required to have completed their primary course of two NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations._

Te Whatu Ora (Nelson Marlborough) is the main health provider for Te Tau Ihu, the top of the south.
