We are a fast-growing financial advice firm based in Christchurch and Auckland that provides advice to clients on insurance and Kiwisaver. The team here in Christchurch services the wider Canterbury area with free advice for clients Insurance and Kiwisaver, helping them to get better financial outcomes with one-on-one expert guidance from our financial advisers.

This role involves reaching out to the community on behalf of our advice team and offering potential clients a free, no-obligation review of their insurance situation. You will not be required to sell a product or give advice; you will only be finding out relevant data/contact information for the team of advisors to use to contact them for a review of their insurance.

What we’ll provide:

- Relatively flexible schedule

- Industry knowledge and experience in insurance and financial advice.
- Upskilling your marketing ability - Learning to promote and sell face-to-face allows you to refine your professional interpersonal skills

**PAY: $45-$55 commission for every qualified lead.** This is uncapped, and most marketers will get a minimum of 3 qualified leads per day.

**HOURS: Approx 15 hours per week.** Hours are 4 pm-7 pm Monday to Friday. This is also uncapped and you can work more days/hours to earn more commission.

**BEST SUITED FOR**:Someone who wants a future in business, marketing, or financial advice and wants to earn a full-time wage working only 3 hours a day. Ideally Christchurch based and able to consistently work 5 days a week. Pay and positions are competitive so you will have opportunities for promotion to management and financial advising if you succeed in this role.

**The current marketing team is comprised predominantly of university students which makes this role a really fun and relatable team environment.**
