**The opportunity**

We have an opportunity for an employment lawyer with between two and five years PQE in employment law to join our well-regarded employment team in Wellington.

In this role, you will work with leaders in their field, Hamish Kynaston and Peter Chemis, on a variety of interesting and challenging matters across the full range of employment law issues including complex disputes, appearances, advising on restructures and redundancies, dismissals, personal grievances, collective agreements, and everything in between. You will be able to deal directly with the firm's largest clients in the tech, central government, health, education, sport, banking, and energy sectors.

**What matters to us**

- Have two to five years' PQE with some of your experience gained in employment law. If you have civil litigation experience and are keen to specialise in employment law, we would still like to hear from you
- Enjoy working collaboratively within the team, across the firm and with clients
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and keen on developing yourself through continuous learning Have strong written and verbal communication skills and can tailor your communication to a wide variety of audiences and clients
