We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven people leadership skills to take on the critical role of Team Leader C4/HANA/Pathway within our Digital Platforms team. You will lead a large team of C4/HANA experts providing support and development of our C4/HANA, Pathway and other key enterprise systems which are the key platforms supporting our citizen and business outcomes for Council.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coaching and mentoring of your team
- Collaborating with other teams to provide support and resourcing across our digital portfolio
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure solutions are meeting business requirements
- Driving customer excellence within your team
- Attracting, recruiting and retaining capable individuals building on the diversity of the team
- Championing best practice principles and practices within your domain
- Vendor and relationship management

Skills and experience:

- A high level of technical competency ideally in SAP C4/HANA or other ERP solutions
- Exceptional people leadership capabilities
- High EQ - you are self-aware, self-regulated, motivated, empathetic with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- A sound knowledge of business concepts and how to utilise your platform to solve business challenges
- Ability to simplify, streamline and automate technical operations to drive improved business efficiency and productivity
