**The opportunity**:
To assist with Millennium Retail's pool of resource and talent - driving rostering efficiency, whilst maintaining flexibility to scale and meet all Samsung project requirements, as well as ensuring that Millennium Retail remains the market leader in technology retail, with the very best people.
**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
- Assist with resource planning, including recruitment and rostering to ensure all Galaxy Studio, activations and project commitments can be met with flexibility and cover, and that we have forward planning for resource management.
- Ensure staff have the right skill level and experience are rostered to high-profile activations and key trading days across the Studios.
- Responsible for monthly invoicing & evidence process, revenue is billed correctly, and sufficient evidence is provided to ensure a smooth payment cycle.
- Work with Procurement Partners to develop branded merchandise concepts for Samsung & vendors, managing production and delivery.
- Work with the team to ensure company goals and objectives are met and provide assistance where necessary.

The role also requires you to have a strong Analytical & Excel Skillset specifically around understanding Invoicing financials.
- Assist with the end to end recruitment process.
- Prepare and share relevant daily, weekly and monthly reporting (lateness reports, weekly hour reports, annual leave liability).
- Manage and maintain the Starts/Leavers/Changes report and manage the onboarding process including exit checklists.
- Maintain and process weekly timesheets and pay submissions.
- Manage and share feedback / insights on staff behaviours, suggesting action to resolve negative behaviour.
- Manage and update Casual employee base, ensuring the casual policies are adhered to and that inactive casual contracts are terminated.
- Assist with Staffing Cost Reconciliation - reviewing monthly staffing hours and project/location allocation, reconciling this with payroll reporting and the monthly P&L.
- Supporting Services & Business Support Manager for production of service & project quote.
**We are ideally looking for someone who has**:
- Strong analytical skillset
- Must have strong skills in Excel as this tool will be used daily
- Attention to detail, and meets commitments by delivering all key requirements by the agreed time frame.
- Must be excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
- Ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- Technical ability and a good understanding/familiarity with financial terms, P&Ls and their logic
- Experience in sales, retail or customer service is preferred
