**About the Position and You**:
The main purpose of the role of a Junior/Intermediate Merchandise Planner is to support the strategic planning and execution of merchandise assortment and inventory management. This involves analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. Additionally, they assist in assortment planning, allocation, and replenishment activities to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Coursework in statistics, mathematics, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with retail merchandising concepts and principles.
- Exposure to data analysis and forecasting techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
