Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, assisting them in problem-solving and making critical decisions.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them in the engineering processes.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Collaborate with senior management to align engineering goals and objectives with the overall company strategy.

Essential Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership position.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various engineering disciplines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience:
Prior experience in the SaaS and in related domains (architecture, construction, design industry)

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes.
