**Job Description**:
Your key responsibilities may include:
You will work with the CAL, chapter members, Tribe Leads and others to ensure the squads are resourced with the right skills and expertise required to achieve their mission
- Responsible for people management and capability building within your chapter
- Responsible for competence development and knowledge sharing within your chapter
- Responsible for HR management of chapter members
- Providing project leadership across approved programs of work aligned to TWG strategy delivering on quality and cost within the agreed timeframes
- Growing and delivering Organisational Change capability using recognized frameworks aligned to our changing technology landscape

You will also work as a squad member, contributing to the squad on the same terms as other chapter/squad members.

**Qualifications**:
Recognised widely as a specialist within the area of Change & Delivery, you will have demonstrated expertise in:

- Developing and implementing methods and standards
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
- Strong communication skills to coach and convey messages in a professional form
- Proven skills in coaching chapter members in the areas of performance, standards and work methods
- Manage large-scale change across people, process and technology
- Advise and direct teams with regards to delivery methodologies
- Ability to contribute towards commercial arrangements, preparation of Cost initiatives and business cases as required
- Assess requirements, build business cases and manage delivery to the parameters
- Expert experience in expectation setting and stakeholder management
