Exeed is based in Parnell, Auckland. It is NZ's second largest IT distributor managing some of the world's biggest consumer and commercial brands including HP. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

HP is New Zealand's #1 Computer and Printer brand. The main function of the HP Territory Representative role is to ensure that our retail partners have all the training and resources to ensure the customer's HP experience is second to none.

The role entails traveling within the Waikato/Bay of Plenty/Hawkes Bay region visiting NZ's largest retail brands and evangelising the HP brand through retail staff training, in-store merchandising and customer engagement.

The right person will bring a level of energy and professionalism to the role, making sure that the HP brand is front and foremost in everybody's mind. You will be required to ensure HP's products are merchandised to HP's company standards, execute promotional activities within the stores, and build rapport with store personnel to maximise HP's sales potential.

The successful applicant may have had previous experience as a merchandiser within a retail environment and have gained sound business experience in selling consumer products.

**Position Objective**

Promote HP products and technologies to key retail partners, and deliver in-store support and training to their sales staff.

**General Responsibilities**
- Perform store visits within your assigned sales territory
- Provide weekly reporting on sales, merchandising and training activities
- Provide continual training and education to store reps on HP products
- Ensure product training content is maintained and current
- Complete regular joint store visits with HP Account Managers
- Maintain vendor planogram and visual merchandising in store
- Ensure HP products and promotional point of sale materials are set up appropriately in store
- Communication of HP sales campaigns, promotions, and product marketing activity
- Manage product lifecycles to ensure mínimal excess or obsolete stock
- Attend sales meetings to ensure brand focus is executed

This is a fulltime position, on a 24-month fixed term contract.
