As our Receptionist at **Summerset in the Vines, Havelock North,** you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life. You’ll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and staff each day—someone who is positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.

**Key responsibilities include?**
- Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and staff
- Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Village and Care Centre teams
- Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Hours for the role are Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 30 hours per week.
