We are seeking an experienced, friendly, professional and proactive Hotel Receptionist to join our small, close-knit team. As first point of contact for our guests, the receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for a positive stay. This position requires someone who is confident in multitasking, passionate about customer service and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include managing guest bookings and communications, providing a warm welcome on arrival, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, offering information on hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options and promptly addressing any guest concerns or requests. The position also requires close coordination with the housekeeping team, assistance with administrative tasks, and general support across the hotel team as needed.

- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (ie Guest Centrix)
- Understanding of Hotel Front Office procedures and systems used in Hotel Management
- 1-2 years' experience working in a 4 or 5 star Hotel in a Front Office role
The position is permanent part-time averaging 30-35 hours per week dependent on seasonal fluctuations and is available for immediate start. It is also a hospitality role that will include working nights, weekends and public holidays.
