We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administrator with a passion for customer experience to help us deliver our residential maintenance, we have options for a fixed term and permanent options.

As our new customer coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of work orders. You will be working closely with our sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure we are able to deliver residential maintenance to our customers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Dispatching trades with allocated timeframes
- Invoicing work completed
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring we are meeting the customers needs

We work within a complex and dynamic environment that requires someone who can manage change, manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment all while keeping the Switched On mission at the forefront

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience
- Passionate about customer service and enhancing our customers environments
- Building industry knowledge preferred but not essential
- Ability to organise and priorities workloads
- High attention to detail
- Be a team player who recognises the need to support each other to achieve

As one of the key Maintenance Partners on the Te Mahi Ngātahi contract, we support families and hapori-communities from Tairāwhiti-Gisborne in the north to Waitaha-Canterbury in the south through property maintenance.
