**Location**:Christchurch CBD
**Position**: Talent Coordinator
**Hours**: 20 hours Monday - Friday (flexibility required as work occasionally falls outside of normal business hours)
**Benefits**: Laptop, mobile phone
**Talent**Support**:
- From our recruitment process, engage with all new Brand Ambassadors (BA’s) and welcome them to the team.
- Provide onboarding and inductions to BA’s.
- Liaise with BA’s on compliance and training.
**Regional**Support**:
- Manage and staff campaign shifts in our regions.
- Train and support BA’s to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee campaign logistics including kit management.
**Business Support**:
- Attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues to devise effective campaigns.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing feedback for improvement.
**Skills, Experience & Education**:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing or Event Management desirable.
- Previous experience in a Coordinator role desirable.
- Enthusiasm, willingness to work with the management team, and a proactive attitude.
