**About Us**:
JAGSUN Mediterranean Cuisine Limited is a vibrant and busy Restaurant located in the heart of Christchurch. Operating 7 days a week from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a unique Mediterranean dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily Restaurant operations in alignment with business objectives.
- Supervise and manage Restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control effectively.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Restaurant and attract customers.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours, including weekends and late nights.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve profitability targets.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and provide product price recommendations to management based on market trends and customer demand.

**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of relevant work experience** in a Restaurant, cafe or hospitality management role or a level 4 or above New Zealand diploma (or equivalent qualification) is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including **weekends and late nights**.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and operational costs.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Pay Rate and hours**:

- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on experience and work ethics).
- Minimum 30 hours will be given
