Senior Product Manager

Altered State Machine (ASM) are creating the world’s first protocol for decentralised and democratised Artificial Intelligence, owned and traded using NFTs, and interoperable across the Metaverse. **Purpose**

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key part in bringing these products to life, and making them successful in order to enhance the lives & experiences of our customers & community, and grow the value of the ASM business.

This leads one or multiple cross-functional teams made up of members of Engineering, Design and MarComms, reports into the Head of Product, and works closely alongside other parts of the business such as Strategy and Operations to discover and deliver these successful products.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the translation of Business Strategy into Product Strategy
- Lead cross-functional team(s) to execute on the product strategy by discovering and validating new opportunities to deliver valuable product to our community, customers and partnerships that align to our vision and mission.
- Support the regular refining and defining of the product roadmap
- Present product opportunities supported by discovery analysis to move new capabilities & product into delivery
- Support the writing of Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
- Support the marketing and communication strategies and tactics required for successful product launch and adoption
- Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, issues within the backlog etc.
- Collect, analyse, and utilise data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the products
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Contribute to the development of the product practice at ASM, and coaching and up-skilling others in the team

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in the digital product space, with a strong customer-centric focus on discovery-led mindset
- An ability to think strategically and creatively
- Experienced and passionate about human centric design, and methodology that supports and drives this mindset through every role in a cross-functional team
- Comfortable and experienced conducting first-hand user research - as well as diving into existing data - to develop a hypotheses to validate
- A collaborative leader that can bring together multiple stakeholders to achieve the desired customer and commercial objectives
- A true team player; someone who enjoys a collaborative approach in a cross-functional environment
- An experienced problem-solver, who brings a positive attitude and relishes the challenges, conflicts, and uncertainty of the product design process.
- Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard Product tools (e.g. Atlassian, Figma etc)
- Experience of working in - and leading/facilitating in - an Agile environment
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members to ideate, validate, and iterate on products that solve customer and business problems
- Knowledge of NFTs, AI, gaming and/or Crypto is highly beneficial - but passion is essential
- Experience in facilitating and mentoring product mindset and methodology across teams
