We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor’s limitless possibilities. **Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS"** The Evening Turndown Attendant is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of cleanliness in our guestrooms whilst providing nightly turndown service for all guestrooms. - Overall tidying of occupied guestrooms to include, but not limited to: dusting, arranging guest belongings neatly, turndown beds, remove soiled linen, retrieve clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming if required, bathroom cleaning if required, replenish rooms with supplies, etc. - Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest - Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment - Accurately report room status reports throughout the duration of your shift - Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service - Work effectively and contribute positively to a team - Keep linen closets, supply closet and landing organized and clean - Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas - Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to requests from guests - Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy - Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards - Read, understand and follow all department policies **Qualifications** - Flexibility to work from 5pm, including weekends and public holidays - Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset - Good level of physical fitness - Excellent organizational skills and time management - Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs by being professional and welcoming **Additional Information** Benefits**: - Free staff meal provided during shift - Family & Friends Hotel Discounts Ongoing reward and recognition incentives and awards. - Annual reward of a free night's accommodation at the hotel (did we say there is breakfast and dinner included?) - ** Learn your Way** - Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you Learn - ** Work Your Way**: - Flexibility to ensure a work life balance - Incredible Accor **Heartist Benefits**: - including discounted Food & Beverage + Accommodation Worldwide - Accor's** refer-a-friend** bonus - Accor's Parental Leave Scheme - Access to our **Employee Assistance Program** **_ We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
