- Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
- Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
- Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
- Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling procedures
- Assist with regular equipment stocktaking
- Turndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areas
- Work with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experience

**Qualifications**
- Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others and can take ownership
- Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
- A team player who is reliable and committed
- Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster including weekends and overnight.
- Legal working rights to work in New Zealand. Please be advised that this role does not qualify for sponsorship.
