**Mō te tūranga | About the role**
- Support the day-to-day monitoring of on-time performance of the Waikato public transport network and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Attendance of monthly meetings with operators for all matters concerning the KPIs and monthly adjustments.
- Support and provide technical advice to the Operations team and other staff members undertaking public transport initiatives.
- Project manage service level changes and introduction of new services.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and train the Public Transport Operations Advisor.
- As a senior advisor you will provide the necessary oversight and direction to other team members.

- Displays operational expertise in the delivery of public transport services. With this expertise, you will provide support to the Operations team, and the wider Public Transport section.

- Enjoy responsibility for ensuring our public transport operators are achieving the service level expected when delivering our public transport network, along with ensuring adherence to operational contractual requirements.
- Working well within a team is important to us. You will be able to foster and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent combination of qualification and experience
- Full Drivers Licence
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in contract management or advisory roles.
