Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be at the heart of shaping our Virtuoso Digital Front Door product—an omnichannel consumer engagement platform that seamlessly connects people with their healthcare providers. Your expertise will fuel the development of cutting-edge solutions that make healthcare navigation and experience smarter, smoother, and more intuitive, ultimately leading to healthier patients.

**What will you be doing?**
- Producing quality documentation covering functional and non-functional, e.g. security and performance.
- Supporting project teams across the globe on technical issues.
- Sharing your wisdom Mentoring junior developers and playing a key role in architectural design decisions.
- Championing best coding, testing, and deployment practices to deliver high-quality software every time.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Experience**: 5+ years in full-stack development with solid proficiency in designing and building scalable software solutions and implementing secure and high-performance frontend and backend layers. You also have experience in mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
- **Skills**: Technically, you have a solid grasp of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS infrastructure and container technologies. Experience with Matomo (a powerful web analytics tool) and Vespa (a leading search engine with AI capabilities) is a plus with bonus points for.NET development. You also have natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- **Characteristics**: A go-getter attitude with a passion for innovation; you’re adaptable, love a challenge, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech landscape. You are also a great team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively.
- **Qualifications**: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred - but if you’ve got the skills, we won’t get caught up on paperwork
