Full Stack Software Engineer

As an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to developing and enhancing our Digital Front Door product—an omnichannel consumer engagement platform that seamlessly connects people with their healthcare providers. You’ll work with modern technologies and cloud-based solutions, helping to shape the future of healthcare accessibility and engagement.

**What will you be doing?**
- Writing clean and testable code to contribute to high-quality software delivery.
- Producing business and technical documentation as part of product delivery.
- Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and security by following best practices in software development.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in full stack development, working across front and back-end systems.
- **Skills**: Technically, you have a good grasp of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS infrastructure and container technologies. Experience with Matomo (a powerful web analytics tool) and Vespa (a leading search engine with AI capabilities) is a plus with bonus points for.NET development. You also have natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- **Characteristics**: A self-motivated, curious, and adaptable engineer who enjoys learning new technologies. A team player who collaborates well and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- **Qualifications**: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred - but relevant experience speaks volumes
