**About the Role**
We have a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager, whose main focus is to work with our customers, maintaining the services that we currently provide and to seek opportunities to develop these services further.

**About you**
You are passionate about building solid business relationships, are an open communicator, you love being part of a high functioning team, you are results driven, you care and you may also have business process transformation experience (desirable, but not essential as we can teach you this).

**Main duties**
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, with a focus on business retention with repeat business and the growth of our revenue streams.
- To manage the day to day relationship between CBS ANZ and clients ensuring the customer satisfaction in the service is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times.
- To identify, scope, and deliver, new initiatives from current and future CBS ANZ offers which add value and benefit to the client and add to the revenue, margin, relationship and general service improvement.
- Ability to work as part of an enterprise wide team encompassing service delivery and sales
- Ability to provide detailed analysis work and working involvement in tender responses and contractual negotiations as required

**Key Requirements**
- Experienced in Account Management or Sales
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
