**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**:
The Local Programme Planner coordinates programming schedules and seeks opportunities for synergy and expansion. The role works closely with colleagues in libraries, arts facilities and community centres to create a single, forward
- looking programme of activities that maximises reach and impact and promotes the visibility of local activities to drive increased participation.

Day to day your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with individual “programmers” to know their content- Connect colleagues and ideas to strengthen a network approach- Develop and socialise the annual programme- Help align and plan the detail of mutli-disciplinary delivery- Research and facilitate ways of uplifting our content- Help tell the story of participation and achievement

This is a permanent opportunity, 40 hours per week, based across the Central and East local board rohe with requirements to travel around the communities you will be working with.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- At least five years’ experience working as a practitioner within the arts and culture sector, or community development.- Proven success in creating and supporting impactful programmes that have reach and community engagement.- To be structured, and organised and can manage relationships effectively.- A clean NZ driver licence as this role will require travel across the Auckland region.

This is a full-time, permanent position. We would be looking to appoint the successful applicant at a salary of between $80,000 to $90,000, depending upon experience.
