**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**:
An opportunity is now available for a **Local** **Programme Planner **to join the Community Programme Delivery (Central East) team. The role is a permanent, 40 hour a week** **role. This role will primarily be based in Central Auckland with opportunities to work closely with colleagues in libraries, arts facilities and community centres across Central Auckland.
You will be working closely with roles that develop programme life-enriching experiences for Aucklanders, leading and shaping to create a single, forward
- looking programme of activities that aims to maximise our reach and impact.
Be a point of expert liaison with regional programming teams and key stakeholders to create synergies between local and city-wide content, promoting the visibility of local activities to drive increased participation.
Day to day you can expect to work on:
- Liaise with individual “programmers” to know their content
- Connect colleagues and ideas to strengthen a network approach
- Develop and socialise the annual programme
- Help align and plan the detail of mutli-disciplinary delivery
- Research and facilitate ways of uplifting our content
- Help tell the story of participation and achievement.
**He kōrero mōu: About you**:
You will have at least five years’ experience working as a senior practitioner within the arts and culture sector, or community development. You will want to create and support impactful programmes that have reach and community engagement. You will be structured, and organised and can manage relationships effectively.
You will also need a clean NZ driver licence as this role will require travel across the Auckland region.
