TRILITY, in partnership with Rotorua Lakes Council, is looking to fill the role of Operator / Maintainer.

Within this role you will support the operations team and be responsible for a range of operational and maintenance tasks on the Rotorua Wastewater Treatment Plant, Rotoiti Wastewater Treatment Plant, and waterwater networks and pumping stations.

As part of this role you be capable of working safely and on your own initiative and comply with site procedures and instructions.

**Key accountabilities of the role include;**
- Safety, Quality and Environment
- Plant commissioning
- Monitoring of plant performance
- Planned Maintenance and maintenance management
- Refurbishment and Replacement
- Unplanned and preventative maintenance
- Experience in operation and maintenance of water, wastewater or similar facilities such as networks, pump stations, etc.
- Good practical skills.
- Relevant trade qualification, current NZ Drivers Licence, experience in operating any chemical dosing machinery and/or scheduling of small engineering tasks.
- Exposure to quality assurance and CMMS systems.
- An enthusiastic and dedicated person with high levels of initiative and drive.
- Have an aptitude for dealing with plant related problems.
- Be a reliable team member, effective communicator and be able to work independently as required.
