Mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Campaign Analytics & Delivery Manager in our Marketing team you'll play a key role in developing insights capability within our data driven personalised communications programmes.

**You will also have the opportunity to**:
Bring insights into action across our personalised contact strategies
Action these strategies across multi-channel communication programmes
Embed continuous improvement into our data and campaign insight processes
Lead a small team of analysts

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in developing campaign insights, logic and response models for use in a multi-channel automated communications environment

Strong team leadership skills with ability to coach others to grow and be successful

5+ years of SAS/SQL coding (development and analysis skills)

Strong problem solving skills, with ability to proactively identify & articulate a problem or opportunity to resolve

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate across different disciplines and with a wide group of stakeholders

Excellent organisational and process management skills, with attention to detail to minimise errors and manage risk
