Delivery Agent | On -Call | Palmerston North
- $25.00 per hour

Once known as the ‘Postie', the new world of mail and parcel delivery means that as a Delivery Agent you'll use our sustainable e-vehicles (eg. Paxters) in providing a world class service that truly meets the needs of our customers. What a great way to interact with our customers and give them a positive experience each and every time We are looking for people with high energy and strong work ethic to help us deliver what Kiwi's really care about.

**In this dynamic job you will**:

- Be the “face” of NZ Post out on the street interacting with our customers as you deliver their mail and parcels, collect signatures, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver regardless of the weather, rain, hail or shine - you need to be hardy
- Keep an eye out for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services taking on customer feedback

Some of the key things you'll need to successfully perform this role are:

- Availablity over 6-day roster Monday to Saturday
- Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7AM-2PM, Tuesday 7AM-12PM & Wednesday 7AM-1PM
- Hold a valid Restricted Full or motorbike license
- Reliability and have good physical fitness and able to ride an electric bike (this no sit-down role - you'll be up and down hundreds of times a day)
- Have a level of numeracy and literacy - so you can get all that addressing information sorted
- Ensure your own and the Health and Safety of your Colleagues
