Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Workshop Service Co-ordinator whose main focus is to assist in the smooth running of the service division.
**Working in conjunction with the Workshop Manager key responsibilities include**
- Allocating work and ensuring productive utilization of labour and material resources.
- Managing systems and processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Create and maintain good work systems.
- Work in conjunction with the parts procurement team, sourcing spare parts and pricing for quotations on service jobs.
- Ensuring all associated administration tasks and invoicing are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
We are seeking an individual with great customer service skills, a mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with a workshop environment.
A full class 1 drivers license is essential and a forklift license is ideal however training can be provided to obtain this.
