Join our high performing technical Motor Claims team and challenge yourself to provide our customers with an outstanding service as you manage the claims process in a sensitive and professional way. You will be able to draw on your experience with motor claims, as well your understanding of end-to-end claims management.- Important to your successIn this role you will be responsible for lodging motor claims; always exceeding our customers’ expectations by providing prompt service and completing all initial lodgement activities such as determining liability and arranging assessments etc. Your excellent communication will stand you in good stead as you assist our customers in their time of need and set the claim up for success.
