H2R Technology is looking for a Senior Developer, specialising across the Power Platform and Dynamics to join a central government department. In this role, you will be joining an established community of practice dedicated to providing consultancy services and PoC’s to various business units across the organisations.

As a senior developer, you will not only be contributing to the direction of the Power Platform and Dynamics based initiatives, but also take a prominent role in the mentorship of others and champion the adoption of best practices and tools across the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop high-quality Power Platform and Dynamics PoC’s and solutions.
- Operationalise best practices across the Power Platform and Dynamics community of practice
- Expertise in unit, integration & automated end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of Rest API’s
- Previous development experience (language agnostic)
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards.

As a senior, you should be able to work autonomously
- using your initiative and pragmatism to manage various deliverables. You should feel comfortable sharing thoughts and knowledge with those who are more junior and have enough confidence to be a represent your team when engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

**Experience Required**
We’re not quantifying senior by the number of years working in the domain, but more around how your present yourself and the experiences (both good and bad) that you’ve had.

We’d also like to see the following experience:

- Providing technical leadership in Power Platform and Dynamics projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working within an Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based solutions, including Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in version control systems
