We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Peter Alexander family and lead our amazing team at our **Palmerston North** store

** About the Job**

This **40 Hours Per Week**role is for our next Store Manager who will be passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences that go above and beyond expectations. You'll be motivated by driving sales while providing memorable experiences for every Peter Alexander customer.

** What You'll Bring**
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Ability to motivate teams and drive brand standards
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail - essential
- Talent for providing genuine and unique customer experiences
- Visual merchandising experience working from briefs
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while managing costs and stock loss
