**Responsibilities**
- Leading the design process on key projects
- Planning and conducting work in all phases of a project including participating in preparation of preliminary design work
- Prepare designs, sketches, specifications & reports
- Developing innovative design concepts which are reflective of client goals, schedule, and budget
- Prepares project plans using computer assisted design software and equipment
- Ensure frequent, regular team communication to share information, optimize results, and build positive team dynamics
- Serve as project liaison, communicating with clients, consultants and other contacts
- Helping grow client relationships
**What do you need?**
- 6-10 years' experience as an Interior Designer in New Zealand
- Knowledge of commercial/retail projects
- Proficiency with Revit
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively - both leading and supporting on multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate self-starter with strong communication skills
