Collections Field Agent

Our client is striving to become the preferred multi-channel retail brand in the country, which
provides the convenience of home shopping with affordable repayment solutions to middle and lower
income communities in New Zealand.
This role is out on the road doing face to face debt collection. Making payment arrangements with customers. This role requires a lot of travel throughout NZ.
**Requirements**:
- Locate and visit customers in the field whose payments are in default or not meeting contractual agreement, then negotiate a new payment arrangement
- Service accounts in your core area and across the North Island and the South Island when required.
- To act as a ‘floater’ to provide cover across New Zealand to meet the work volume and demands.
- To establish successful payment arrangements:
- Management of company assets
- Managing field visit schedules
- Provide effective customer service
- Undertake such other duties as may reasonably relate to the role
- Collections experience not necessary but must be able to demonstrate great sales and negotiation skills

The hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (must be flexible).
