**What's so exciting about this role?**

**flexi**commercial is our Commercial business within **humm**group. Our Equipment Finance Commercial Collections team controls the end-to-end recoveries process. We take our job seriously, but also like to share our experiences and celebrate when a job is “well done”. In this role you will interact with people across the business, both internally and externally, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes forming and maintaining strong relationships.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **flexi**commercial but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Portfolio arrears management of specific vendors
- Managing the account level relationship with specific vendors
- Ensuring all delinquent accounts are collected in a timely manner, and that compliance standards are adhered to
- Adhering to external regulatory and internal policy requirements, and system processes.
- Regular reconciliation of client accounts to identify account issues to resolve client concerns.
- Identifying reasons for clients arrears and negotiating a resolution
- Case managing extended circumstances surrounding delinquency and providing client solutions that also meets the Business’ needs
- Recommending and managing Legal action when necessary
- Arranging repossession of company assets
- Recommending and managing legal action on Loss Recovery contracts
- Dealing with disputes
- Working with external stakeholders such as third party collections agents and solicitors

- Experience in a Commercial Collections environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the commercial asset financing industry
- Understanding of the litigation process
- Computer literacy including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written, communication and presentation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively autonomously or in a team environment
- Proven dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm and tenacity
