**Your new role**
- Locate and visit customers in the field whose payments are in contractual default and negotiate a new payment arrangement (note that repossessions are not required).
- Service accounts in your core area: (Auckland)
- To act as a ‘floater’ to provide cover across New Zealand to meet the work volume and demands as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be self-motivated
- Be driven
- Have great time management skills
- Be assertive
- Possess excellent negotiation skills
- Have an understanding of and follow industry compliance requirements
- Have the ability to engage with people from all walks of life
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own
- Have full driving licence
- Be based in Auckland
- Be happy to stay away from home up to 12 nights a month
