**About the role**:

- 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As the key support to the GM of Wholesale & Customer Service, and the wider team you will be in a supporting role helping the team successfully achieve shared objectives aligned to our strategic goals.

**What you’re responsible for**
- Ensuring all Wholesale & Customer Service requests from both internal and external stakeholders are responded to in a timely manner and that time is managed appropriately and effectively.
- Managing the inbox and all direct phone calls.
- Diary management.
- Proactively developing initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the GM wholesale & Customer Service EA function.
- Credit card management, organisations of team social events and onbarding and exiting employees and contractors.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience supporting managers at a Senior and/or Executive level
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Be able to converse with a range of stakeholders
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes
