Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.

As the Business Analysis Team Lead - Northern, you will lead, motivate, and nurture a team of +- 20 skilled Business Analysts while fostering their growth in the field of business analysis. You will play a pivotal role in providing suitable resource capability to enable the successful delivery of approved programmes and projects aligned to agreed practices and methodologies. You will be responsible for uplifting the capability of your team and providing opportunities to learn, develop and grow your team. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with peers in the Data & Digital teams to allocate resources and capabilities in line with our roadmap.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Proven experience in a leadership role of at least 5 years leading Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience in managing teams of 10-15 + members
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualisation tools.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives is a plus
